SHIPPING POLICY

This policy outlines the terms, timeframes, and conditions of delivery for orders placed on orsonmen.com.

ORSON is operated by CHAMSAK LLC, a Limited Liability Company, with its registered office at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, STE A #5085, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA.

1. Order processing

Once your order is validated and payment is confirmed, we commit to preparing and shipping your parcel within an average timeframe of 1 to 3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier.

2. Delivery times

2.1 United States

3 to 6 business days from order confirmation, processing included.

2.2 Canada

5 to 8 business days from order confirmation.

2.3 United Kingdom

4 to 7 business days from order confirmation.

2.4 European Union

5 to 9 business days from order confirmation, depending on the destination country.

2.5 Australia, New Zealand

7 to 12 business days from order confirmation.

2.6 Rest of the world

10 to 18 business days, excluding any customs clearance delays.

The timeframes indicated are estimates in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). They may be extended during high-traffic periods (Christmas, Black Friday, sales) or in case of exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

We commit to delivering your order within a maximum of 30 days following confirmation, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the country and the chosen delivery method. They are always communicated to you before final validation of your order, with no surprises at payment.

Free shipping is offered worldwide on all orders, as part of our launch offer.

5. Carriers

ORSON reserves the right to choose the carrier best suited to your address and delivery method. Depending on your order, your parcel may be entrusted to USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, Canada Post, La Poste / Colissimo, or any other logistics partner of our choice.

6. Tracking your parcel

Upon shipment, you receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The name of the carrier
  • A direct link to track your parcel in real time

Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email within 72 hours of your order.

7. Parcel reception

Upon reception, we invite you to:

  • Check the condition of the packaging before signing
  • Report any visible damage to the carrier on the delivery slip
  • Contact us within 3 business days at hello@orson.com in case of any issue, attaching photos of the parcel and its contents

The risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the Customer at the moment they physically take possession of the parcel.

8. Delivery delays

If your order exceeds the announced timeframe by more than 14 business days, you can:

  • Contact us at hello@orson.com to assess the situation
  • If no delivery occurs within a reasonable additional timeframe, request order cancellation and full refund of amounts paid

The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days following your request, by the same payment method used for the order.

9. Unclaimed parcels or incorrect address

9.1 Address verification

We ask you to carefully verify the shipping address before validating your order. An incorrect or incomplete address is the leading cause of delivery problems.

9.2 Parcel returned to sender

If your parcel is returned to us because it was not picked up in time at the pickup point or post office, or because the address provided was incorrect, we will contact you by email to agree on the next step.

Two options are then offered:

  • Reshipment at your expense (reshipping fees will be charged according to current rates)
  • Refund of your order, minus the initial shipping costs incurred and, if applicable, return fees charged by the carrier

10. International deliveries — Taxes and customs

For deliveries outside the United States, customs duties, local taxes, or clearance fees may be applied by the authorities of the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the price paid on orsonmen.com, unless prepaid duties are explicitly offered at checkout.

We invite you to check with the competent authorities in your country before placing an order.

For European Union customers: VAT and duties may apply depending on your country. We will indicate at checkout when duties are prepaid (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid) versus when they are payable on delivery (DAP — Delivered At Place).

For United Kingdom customers: Following Brexit, VAT and duties may apply for orders above the duty-free threshold (£135). We will indicate the applicable conditions at checkout.

11. Force majeure

We cannot be held responsible for delays or impossibility of delivery resulting from events beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier or postal service strikes
  • Natural disasters, exceptional weather conditions
  • Health crises, customs blockages
  • Any other force majeure event as defined by applicable law

In such cases, we commit to keeping you informed as soon as possible and finding the best solution with you.
